The Ubudiah Mosque has a reputation for being the most beautiful mosques in Malaysia. It has been a symbol of great pride and faith for all Muslims in Perak.
The mosque is located at Bukit Chandan, Kuala Kangsar. Construction for this magnificent structure began during the reign of Sultan Idris Murshidul Adzam Shah I, the 28th Sultan of Perak. The mosque's golden dome and minarets are testaments of the beauty of the Islamic architecture
The mosque was officially opened by Sultan Jalil Karamatullah Shah in 1917.
